Jerry Jones has served as the general secretary of the United Pentecostal Church International since 1999. He began his ministry while a student at Louisiana State University and has pastored and evangelized. He is an international speaker and has served the UPCI in many capacities, holding sectional, district, and national offices, including serving as an executive presbyter, general youth secretary, and general youth president. He presently serves on several boards and is an avid historian and researcher. He has authored several books, is a writer for various publications, and has taught at Gateway College of Evangelism. He and his wife, Phyllis, live in the St. Louis area. They have one son, Dustin. He and Amber have one son, Gavin.
